Responsibilities

• Create and update project schedules with proper predecessors/successors.
• Deconstruct scope into discrete activities with duration limits.
• Incorporate procurement, submittals, and material delivery timelines into schedules.
• Analyze quantity take-offs and ensure items are scheduled.
• Load resources for materials, equipment, and labor.
• Track costs, schedule, and earned value; report status.
• Update change orders in the schedule.
• Lead site surveys coordination; assist in work area setup.
• Identify constructability constraints and reflect in schedule.
• Produce baseline vs actual schedule reports and narratives.
• Maintain CPM narratives for insights.
