Job summary

Disney's Walt Disney Imagineering in Orlando invites a Project Controls Planning Intern to gain hands-on experience in scheduling, earned value and reporting. You'll learn to develop and integrate schedules using Primavera, coordinate with multiple teams, and present progress to management.

You will support in creating master schedules, monitoring project progress, and contributing to risk mitigation and recovery plans for turnover or opening schedules.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of CPM scheduling and schedule logic.
• Knowledge of design, manufacturing, or construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and status project schedules using Primavera and other tools.
• Prepare project plans from scoping to schedules as they evolve.
• Develop plans and schedules from multiple drawings and specs.
• Coordinate durations and logic with division planners, contractors, and teams.
• Integrate project schedule data from internal and external orgs and contractors.
• Collect and assemble information with project team members.
