Job summary

Disney Imagineering in Glendale, California offers an Estimating internship from January 2027 to June 2027. You will prepare estimates for facilities, shows, and rides under senior estimators and collaborate with project teams.

Applicants must be enrolled in Construction Management/Engineering/Architecture or related fields, with strong Excel and cost data interpretation skills. Limited housing and benefits may be provided.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a college/university pursuing Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Ability to review and interpret cost data and design documents for estimates.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis for forecasting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Review historical cost data from PO, subcontracts, and reports to inform estimates.
• Assist in preparing takeoffs of a scope of work for estimates.
• Maintain organized files for all working documents backing estimate figures.
• Assist in evaluating design docs and provide trend estimates against current budgets.
