Job summary

Disney Cruise Line - The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Senior Manager of Project Controls Scheduling and Estimating within Disney Experiences - Facilities Asset Management.

You will lead a specialized team to develop integrated budgets and schedules through development and construction phases, using Primavera and PMWeb to track milestones and ensure financial targets are met while upholding Disney's guest-centric standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a leadership role in project controls.
• 12+ years in Construction Management.
• Strong understanding of all aspects regarding construction.
• Leadership ability and strong management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a high paced project environment.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems, Primavera, estimating software, and PMWeb is preferred.
• Experience with cost control including project estimating, forecasting and cost management including reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead all preconstruction services and manage planning, budgeting, scheduling and risk management before construction begins across the portfolio.
• Provide strategic direction for development of conceptual, schematic and final estimates and schedules.
• Establish department strategies for value engineering, historical databases, and measurable KPIs.
