Job summary

Walt Disney Imagineering invites you to join as a Project Coordination Intern for January to June 2027, in Orlando, FL or Glendale, CA. The role emphasizes coordinating quality, schedule and scope across diverse project teams, from concept through closeout.

The internship provides mentorship under a Project Leader and exposure to themed entertainment, Play Disney App support, and visual media projects. Housing options may be available for Florida interns.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Theater, Production, Planning, Construction, Environmental Design, or related field.
• Be at least 18 years old and possess unrestricted work authorization.
• Be enrolled in at least one class at time of application posting or participate in Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
• Fully available for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality, schedule and scope across projects from concept to closeout.
• Maintain communication across teams to avoid duplications and ensure coverage.
• Support development of scope lists, mock-ups and deliverables matrices.
• Assist with project program book preparation and documentation reconciliation.
• Contribute to executive updates and design milestone communications.
• Coordinate changes and prioritize deliverables within agreed plans.
