Job summary

ENFRA LLC is hiring a Project Controls Specialist to lead planning, scheduling, cost management, and reporting for our project teams. You will serve as the SME on project controls under limited supervision, working with OBS, WBS, and CBS in the financial and progress systems, and partnering with the Operations team to manage risk and schedules.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree in a related field and 3–5 years of project controls or PM experience, with proficiency in Primavera and strong

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree in engineering, construction management, business, finance, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project controls or project management in the commercial construction market.
• Experience using Primavera.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coordination skills and problem-solving attitude.
• Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of JDE Edwards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project controls execution plan.
• Implement the Project Management and Controls System and project initiation process.
• Set up OBS, WBS, and CBS in financial and progress systems.
• Own monthly budget, schedule, change tracking, and risk reporting.
• Collaborate with Project Accounting on cash flow, revenue recognition, and billing.
• Provide timely Schedule, Cost and Progress data and analysis.
• Maintain project schedule updates and risk assessments.
• Interact with Operations and project owners/subcontractors.
