Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Project Controls Specialist in the United States to serve as the project team's SME for planning, scheduling, cost management, and reporting. You will coordinate with project teams and apply industry best practices to improve performance.

You will own the project controls processes, support change management, and work closely with finance and operations. A 4-year engineering-related degree and several years of project controls experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in engineering, construction management, business, finance, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project controls or project management in the commercial construction market.
• Experience using Primavera.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving can-do attitude and high level of coordination skills.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in working with others in a multifunctional team.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and common construction terminology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project controls execution plan.
• Implement the Project Management and Controls System and project initiation process.
• Implement project OBS, WBS, and CBS in required financial and progress systems.
• Understand and follow the company's Project Controls procedures.
• Demonstrate understanding of Earned Value Management principles.
• Assist in cost estimation and change verification activities.
• Own monthly budget, schedule, and risk reporting.
• Collaborate with Project Accounting to manage cash flow and revenue recognition.
• Provide timely schedule, cost, and progress data and analysis.
• Maintain project schedule updates and report trends and risks.
