• Develop, maintain, and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the Asset Improvement Program across FEL, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, qualification, and turnover.
• Integrate and monitor schedules across subprograms including infrastructure, laboratory, packaging, and manufacturing optimization initiatives.
• Facilitate schedule review meetings and coordinate inputs from project managers, engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Identify critical path activities, scheduling risks, delays, and opportunities for schedule improvement.
• Develop schedule forecasts, track progress against baselines, and prepare regular progress reports.
• Support resource planning, milestone tracking, scenario analysis, and program-level decision-making.
• Promote consistent scheduling practices and support project closeout and turnover activities.

Job Summary

We are hiring a Project Controls Scheduler on behalf of a leading pharmaceutical company in Barceloneta, Puerto Rico. This professional will support a large-scale Asset Improvement Program (AIP) consisting of multiple capital projects.

Compensation and Benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
Salary: $42.86 p/h
Employment Type: Contract – Initial 12-month assignment, with potential for extension

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse project teams.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
