AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an experienced PMO leader to guide planning, execution, monitoring, and control across a multi-project Asset Implementation Program in a highly regulated environment.

You will coach project teams, develop dashboards and executive reports, ensure governance and quality standards, and collaborate with global stakeholders; fluency in English and Spanish is required. This is a 1-year contract with pay at $55–$60 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in PMO, project controls, scheduling, program planning, or project management within complex multi-project environments.
• Experience applying PMP-based project management methodologies, governance standards, and best practices.
• Experience supporting medium- to large-scale transformation initiatives, asset implementation programs, or capital investment projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, change management, risk management, reporting, and dependency management.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical operations, GxP requirements, quality systems, supply chain, manufacturing environments, and CapEx governance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and/or Jira.
• Ability to develop, interpret, and present dashboards, KPIs, executive reports, and project performance metrics.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

• Serve as a key interface with global PMO stakeholders while supporting compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation and Benefits:

• Contract of 1 year
• Pay range: $55 to $60 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing or regulated manufacturing industry experience.
• SAP experience.
• Experience supporting CapEx governance, Commissioning & Qualification phases, and global asset implementation programs.
