1888 Industrial Services is seeking a Planner/Project Controls professional in Greeley, CO to support project performance with planning, forecasting, scheduling, resource analysis, and cost monitoring. The role provides timely information to leadership for decision-making and will partner with Operations and Project leadership to improve visibility into execution and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, forecasting, and cost or schedule management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project and operational schedules.
• Support workforce planning and resource forecasting activities.
• Monitor project and operational performance against plans and forecasts.
• Develop utilization reports for personnel, equipment, and other resources.
• Maintain visibility into project costs, budgets, and financial performance.
• Support Project Managers and Operations Managers with planning and forecasting.
• Develop performance dashboards, KPI reporting, and management reports.
• Identify schedule, cost, and resource risks and communicate findings to management.
• Support development of project execution plans and forecasts.
• Coordinate planning activities across Operations, Transportation, Midstream, and Technical Services.
• Maintain data in planning/reporting systems.
• Support KPI development and monitoring systems.
• Participate in continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Support management reviews and performance-review meetings.
