You will work with project managers to assemble budgets, support work breakdown structures, and provide training on the Work and Asset Management System and related financial tools.

The role emphasizes Sarbanes-Oxley controls, reporting accuracy, and collaboration across finance, tax, and regulatory teams to ensure successful program execution.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in construction, business, finance or technical field; relevant experience is acceptable.
• Minimum of five years in project controls, cost estimating, scheduling and forecasting.
• Expert or highly proficient in cost control, scheduling and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project cost analyses, reports and KPIs for projects from regional to executive levels.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; identify critical paths and risk factors.
• Support project setup in Work and Asset Management System; advise on WBS and resource loading.
• Provide training and mentoring on financial tools and scheduling software.
