Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Construction Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in project controls, cost scheduling and planning.
• 2+ years of CPM schedule integration or cost control and personnel management.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate project scope, plan and progress to stakeholders.
• Provide training to project controls personnel on processes and tools.
• Guide project management on analysis, forecasting, and claims.
• Coordinate resources across project controls activities.
• Lead reviews on performance, budgets, and schedule.
