Job summary

MasTec Renewables seeks a Project Controls Manager to oversee implementation and training of project controls across multiple projects. You will lead forecasting, scheduling, cost performance and data analysis while guiding teams and improving scheduling and cost controls.

The role requires a minimum 8+ years in project controls with CPM experience, and PMP certification is preferred. Remote-friendly with travel to project sites, based in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related experience in project controls, cost scheduling and planning.
• 2+ years of CPM schedule integration or cost control management.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate project scope, plan and progress to all stakeholders.
• Provide management and training to project controls personnel on processes and tools.
• Guide project management on controls analysis, forecasting, and claims.
• Coordinate resources and participants in Project Controls activities.
• Review data and present results with innovative cost and schedule improvements.
• Lead project reviews on performance, budgets, change management and progress.
• Develop practices and procedures as directed.
• Assist/train project management in PM/Controls tools.
• Work independently on complex assignments.
