Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a Project Controls Manager to oversee implementation, training, and oversight of project controls across multiple projects. Location flexibility includes Fargo, Indianapolis, Centennial, or Phoenix, with onsite if within 30 minutes of an office and remote options for the right candidate.

You will lead teams, develop procedures, train staff, and interface with upper management on performance, forecasts, and schedule/cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PM/Construction or related field or equivalent
• 8+ years of related experience in project controls or cost scheduling and planning
• 2+ years of CPM schedule integration or cost control management
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience in large-scale construction or EPC, renewables experience highly desired

Responsibilities

• Communicate project scope, plan and progress to stakeholders
• Provide training and guidance on project controls processes and tools
• Advise management on project controls analysis, forecasting and scheduling
• Coordinate resources for project controls activities
• Analyze project controls data and present results with actionable solutions
• Lead project reviews on performance, budgets, change management, forecasting and progress
