Job summary

GL Global is seeking a Project Controls Manager for pharmaceutical CAPEX projects based in Indiana. The role covers planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, reporting, and performance management across multi-discipline teams.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in pharma or large-scale industrial projects, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and earned value management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.

Qualifications

Project Controls Manager - Pharmaceutical CAPEX

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading pharmaceutical organization delivering major capital investment and facility expansion projects.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Controls Manager to support the successful delivery of complex CAPEX projects, with responsibility across project planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, reporting, and performance management.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules, costs, forecasts, budgets, and progress reporting
• Monitor project performance, risks, trends, and variances
• Support project teams with accurate reporting and data-driven insights
• Work closely with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Project Management teams

Key experience:

• Strong Project Controls experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or large-scale industrial projects
• Background in project planning, scheduling, cost control, or integrated project controls
• Experience supporting large CAPEX, EPC, or EPCM projects
• Knowledge of Primavera P6, cost management systems, and/or Earned Value Management is highly desirable
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
