Job summary

BIP US is seeking a Senior Consultant – CAPEX PMO / Project Controls to support a major manufacturing facility program. You will serve as PMO and project-controls lead, delivering program structure, financial tracking, scheduling, governance, reporting, risk management and cross-functional coordination with engineering, construction, procurement and finance.

The role requires 8–12+ years in PMO/controls, strong cost-control, and experience with MS Project or Primavera.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in PMO, project controls, CAPEX management or major transformation programs.
• Experience supporting large industrial, manufacturing, engineering or infrastructure programs.
• Strong experience developing and maintaining integrated project schedules.
• Capex cost-control and financial-tracking capabilities evidenced.
• Budgeting, commitments, actuals, forecasts and variance analysis experience.
• RAID logs, change-control processes and decision logs experience.
• Effective coordination across multiple workstreams and vendors.
• Strong reporting and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain PMO governance, templates and reporting cadence.
• Coordinate major project workstreams with Program Manager and senior stakeholders.
• Maintain integrated program plan, milestones and dependencies.
• Prepare governance materials, steering committee presentations and reports.
• Develop and track integrated master schedule across all streams.
• Monitor budget, commitments, actuals, accruals and forecast variance.
• Support monthly financial close and CAPEX dashboards.
• Lead risk, issue and change management for the program.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering and vendors on deliverables.
