Job summary

Teal Energi seeks an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and progress tracking for a multi-building data center campus in central Texas. The role requires advanced Primavera P6 proficiency, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to translate data into actionable insight for project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and status the integrated project schedule from Level III to Level IV/V as required.
• Integrate milestones, engineering deliverables, procurement, inspections, turnover and interfaces into the master schedule.
• Perform critical path, float, trend, delay, and recovery analyses to identify schedule risks and opportunities.
• Validate schedule progress with field leadership and reconcile progress.
• Quantify schedule impacts and support time-extension requests, recovery plans, and changes.
• Maintain project cost control systems including commitments, actuals, forecast‑at‑completion, cash flow, and variance reporting.
• Integrate schedule and cost information to support forecasting and performance measurement.
• Develop progress S-curves, dashboards, and weekly/monthly executive reports.
• Facilitate risk reviews, change management, and governance for project controls.
