Teal Energi seeks a seasoned construction leader to own the delivery of a large-scale data center campus in Central Texas, spanning thousands of acres with more than 500MW capacity. You will drive from mobilization through commissioning and closeout, overseeing safety, quality, engineering, procurement, cost, schedule, and subcontractor performance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction/project management experience, with at least 10 years on industrial, mission-critical, power, or similar complex buildings.

Responsabilités

• Own overall project execution from mobilization through commissioning and closeout, aligned with contract requirements, approved scope, budget, and baseline schedule.
• Coordinate the project leadership team and maintain a single integrated action plan for schedule, cost, procurement, engineering, quality, HSSE, and field constraints.
• Manage client/contractor interface with EPCM, including meetings, RFIs, submittals, change management, notices, and payment support.
