Job summary

Teal Energi seeks an experienced Project Controls professional to lead scheduling, cost control, and reporting for a major Texas construction program. You will unify planning, forecasting, and analytics to drive informed decisions across multiple workstreams on-site in Hubbard, TX.

The role emphasizes schedule integrity, budget tracking, risk assessment, and recovery planning, with collaboration across engineering, procurement, and field teams to support turnover and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum eight years of experience on large-scale construction, industrial, infrastructure, or energy projects.
• Experience integrating project scheduling and cost controls.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong forecasting, resource planning, earned value, performance measurement, and change management background.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and optimize integrated project schedules across all execution phases.
• Coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction, inspections, startup, and turnover.
• Establish short- and long-term planning, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.
• Monitor schedule performance and impacts on milestones.
• Track budgets, expenditures, forecasting, and cash flow; maintain cost controls systems.
• Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and performance indicators.
• Analyze risks, conduct critical path evaluations, and propose recovery actions.
• Ensure data integrity and governance for project controls deliverables.
