Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in project controls, project scheduling, or cost control on large construction or EPC projects.
• Experience supporting data center, mission-critical, semiconductor, industrial, or power generation projects preferred.
• Strong experience with cost control systems and forecasting methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls function for assigned data center construction projects.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare and update monthly cost forecasts and identify cost variances.
• Establish and manage progress measurement systems aligned with project scope.
