The role requires Primavera P6 expertise, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate across owners, developers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale capital projects and hyperscale data center programs.
• Advanced expertise in construction scheduling and schedule management.
• Strong schedule analysis, critical path methodology, and look-ahead reporting.
• Experience in cost management, forecasting, contingency management, and PO tracking.
• Ability to integrate multiple project data sources into a single source of truth.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls for a data center construction program onsite in Amarillo, TX.
• Review complex schedules, validate logic, identify sequencing risks, and develop supplemental schedules.
• Develop 15-day look-ahead reports and perform forensic schedule analysis for leadership.
• Manage contingency tracking, purchase order visibility, and cost forecasting.
• Create and maintain executive dashboards and site-level reporting tools for program health.
