Qualifikationen

• Strong background in large-scale, complex construction projects with data centers or major capital projects.
• Experience in cost control, budgeting, forecasting, change management, and reporting.
• Proven ability to develop and manage integrated construction schedules and critical path analysis.

Aufgaben

• Establish and maintain project controls (cost, schedule, change, progress and reporting).
• Lead budgeting, commitment tracking, forecasting and EAC across contracts and work packages.
• Manage the change control process including evaluation, tracking and reporting of scope changes and cost exposure.
• Develop, maintain and analyze Primavera P6 schedules, including critical path analysis and schedule integration with contractors.
• Measure and validate progress and reconcile with cost and schedule performance.
• Identify risks, coordinate with teams, and drive timely resolutions.
• Present project status, risks and decisions to senior management.
