STV is seeking a Project Controls Manager to join our Project Controls team at our Los Angeles area offices.
Coordinate and manage financial audits, providing documentation to auditors.
Monitor project team compliance with all required Prolog processes and procedures, ensuring Prolog records are up to date.
Maintain all information necessary for internal reports, TDIP Steering Committee, and periodic BOAC reports.
Manage project budgets, ensuring project implementation aligns with approved budgets.
Continuously evaluate and control costs against budgets, ensuring compliance by project teams.
Manage risks and issues related to the projects.
Control costs with support from project cost engineering for Prolog input.
Ensure payments are made in accordance with contracts, including payments to designers, contractors, and other parties.
Set up, maintain, and review all financial processes, providing a monthly financial summary of program cash flows.
Ensure compliance with CAB processes and procedures, maintaining documentation of all CAB items.
Standardize and enforce change management procedures, including CAB processes to prevent unauthorized or improperly vetted changes. Ensure proper documentation, justification, and tracking of all proposed changes.
Manage risks associated with the TDIP Program and ensure all risk mitigation processes are aligned and implemented.
Maintain TDIP risk registers in coordination with project teams and the TDG Risk Manager.
Identify potential change order requests and process them according to CAB procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
Familiarity with Project Management Information Systems.
Ability to work in CAD or REVIT is a plus.
