Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, construction management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years direct project controls experience.
• Experience with Primavera P6 preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to obtain OSHA 10-hour safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls tasks and develop program controls plans.
• Create and present client-facing program controls reports and data.
• Support scheduling, estimating, cost management, forecasting, and document control.
• Develop WBS, schedules, and risk monitoring practices.
• Mentor and support internal/external stakeholders on controls processes.
• Review Earned Value Management reports for quality and accuracy.
• Communicate impact of changes to internal financials.
