Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or six years of progressive experience.
• Extensive practical experience with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, Project) and Primavera P6.
• Strong working knowledge of scheduling techniques and industry scheduling standards.

Responsibilities

• Review project controls requirements per project and provide input to project team on reporting.
• Develop and maintain applicable project control reports to track progress.
• Create and manage project schedules aligned with budgets and costs.
• Develop WBS and CPM schedules with input from project managers, foreman, and estimators.
• Load schedules with labor, non-labor, and cost data; maintain baselines and adjust for changes.
• Analyze KPI reports and communicate project health to stakeholders.
• Collaborate in meetings and coordinate with subcontractors and owners on schedule updates.
