Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction cost control and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor overall project performance against budgets, forecasts, schedules, and production expectations.
• Develop and maintain project cost forecasts, including ETC and EAC.
• Review labor hours, cost performance, and earned progress to identify productivity trends.
• Analyze earned vs. burned labor hours and communicate variances.
• Support weekly and monthly project performance reporting.
• Identify risks and escalate to project leadership.
