Responsibilities

• Participate in design alternatives and cost estimates for major projects.
• Develop and administer project budgets, contracts, and quality controls.
• Coordinate day-to-day management of construction projects with multiple firms.
• Review designs and specifications and advise on best approaches.
• Ensure compliance with design specs, submittals, and policies.
• Prepare project specifications and coordinate procurement.
• Authorize contracts, PO's, and change orders; approve invoices.
• Direct work sequencing to expedite delivery and minimize disruption.
