Job summary

Management Solutions, LLC (MSLLC) is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to support USACE Mobile on-site. You will track costs, schedules, and performance and lead a small on-site team to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering or related field and 4+ years of project controls experience. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel, with strong communication and leadership, is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of project controls experience; 8+ years preferred.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 for schedule maintenance and analysis.
• Familiar with EVMS, CPI/SPI, and EAC/ECT concepts.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls activities for USACE Mobile program and PROMIS/P2.
• Track costs, schedules, forecasts, and baselines; generate variances and actions.
• Prepare and present cost/schedule reports to stakeholders.
• Develop data queries and visualizations to support program governance.
• Coordinate, coach, and appraise on-site project controls team.
