Job summary

Management Solutions LLC seeks a Project Controls Specialist to support USACE Mobile. You will track costs, manage schedules, and maintain data integrity across PROMIS, P2, and associated systems, reporting to the on-site team lead.

The role requires leading a small team of project controls professionals, coordinating workload, coaching team members, and interfacing with the client and MSLLC leadership to deliver accurate, timely control materials and insights. U.S.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant project controls experience, 8+ years preferred.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and schedule analysis, cost controls, EVMS concepts.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate a project controls team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project updates in Primavera P6 Web with data integration to CEFMS and RMS.
• Add projects to PROMIS and maintain data per HQ/Division/District guidance.
• Ensure timely changes for PRB/CMR/DMR presentations.
• Support data validation and reporting within PROMIS and related systems.
• Develop and analyze integrated cost and schedule data, including forecasts.
• Monitor deliverables, expenditures, and variances against baselines.
• Prepare and present cost/schedule status reports.
• Create reports and visualizations for program governance and management.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and government requirements.
• Lead workload planning and monitor team performance and coaching.
