Job summary

Banda Group International, LLC is seeking a senior Project Controls professional to support EVMS and the Project Controls System. The role emphasizes advanced cost engineering, estimating, scheduling, analysis, and independent problem solving in a senior, largely autonomous capacity.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience, hands-on Primavera P6 expertise, and knowledge of EVMS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years related experience or equivalent; advanced EVMS knowledge.
• Experience with scheduling, cost estimating, cost control, and cost analysis functions.
• Hands-on Primavera P6: schedule development, maintenance, and analysis.
• Proficiency with EVMS tools and project performance measurement.
• Experience with Cobra administration and Cobra in restricted/red-network environments.
• Knowledge of engineering and construction management practices.
• Proficiency in multiple project controls software and standard business software.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Support EVMS and Project Controls System implementation and maintenance.
• Perform cost estimating, cost analysis, cost control, forecasting, and related controls activities.
• Develop and monitor integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Evaluate performance, identify trends, and communicate issues to management.
• Perform schedule development, status updates, progress monitoring, and variance analysis.
• Provide technical direction or supervision for cost engineering and scheduling activities.
• Ensure work is completed on time and per requirements; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Develop solutions to complex controls issues using independent judgment.
