Job summary

Management Solutions, LLC (MSLLC) seeks a Project Controls Specialist and Team Lead to support USACE Mobile. You will manage cost and schedule data, perform on-site leadership, and coordinate with the project team to ensure accurate reporting and governance.

The role requires Primavera P6 expertise, EVMS principles, and experience leading a small team in a federal contracting environment. On-site work in Mobile, AL is expected, with a focus on data integrity and client liaison.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of project controls experience; 8+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project updates in Primavera P6 with data integration to CEFMS and RMS.
• Add new projects to PROMIS and maintain data per HQ guidance.
• Ensure changes are timely for PRB/CMR/DMR and other USACE presentations.
• Develop integrated cost and schedule data, including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Prepare and present cost/schedule status reports for management.
• Create data queries, reports, and visualizations for program governance.
