Job summary

Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to support USACE Mobile. You will track costs, manage schedules, and lead a local team, ensuring accurate data integration across PROMIS, P2, and related systems.

Responsibilities include preparing reports, performing cost/schedule analyses, and coordinating with the Project Management Office. A strong background in EVMS, budgeting, and client-facing leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of project controls experience; 8+ years preferred.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, schedule maintenance, and critical path analysis.
• Cost controls: budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• EVMS knowledge including CPI/SPI and EAC/ECT concepts.
• Proficiency with Excel and Office applications.
• Strong communication and leadership for client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct updates in Primavera P6 and ensure data integration with CEFMS and RMS.
• Add new projects to PROMIS and maintain data per HQ/Division/District guidance.
• Prepare and present cost and schedule reports to management.
• Develop data queries, reports, and visualizations for governance and management.
• Lead, coach, and manage a small on-site project controls team.
• Monitor variances and forecast outcomes; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and government requirements.
