Job summary

UDR Consulting, INC is seeking a Staff Project Controls Specialist to lead project controls with the project management team to manage budgets and schedules for projects in Kansas City, MO and Albuquerque, NM.

You will set up schedules in Primavera P6, develop Work Breakdown Structures, generate cost reports and cash flows, and support audits while coordinating with accounting and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls processes with the PM team to execute deliverables within budget and schedule.
• Analyze data, run reports, and create WBS and scheduling reports.
• Develop, maintain and present cash flow and forecast reports for multiple projects.
