Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Controls Intern to join our Miramar, FL client site office. You will perform data analysis and reporting for a large K-12 School District Capital Program, assist the scheduler with monthly updates in Oracle P6, and work with Trimble Unity Construct with the project controls team.

You will also collaborate with a cost estimator on quantity takeoffs for school renovation designs and gain exposure to a leading engineering services firm while advancing toward your

Overview

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Controls Intern to join our Miramar, FL client site office.

Your Role

• Data analysis and reporting for large K-12 School District Capital Program
• Assist Scheduler with monthly project schedule updates in Oracle P6
• Work with Project Controls Analyst in Trimble Unity Construct (project management software)
• Work with cost estimator on quantity takeoffs for school renovation designs.

About You

• EXPERIENCE: No experience is generally required if accepted into a Bachelor's degree program in a related technical field.
• EDUCATION: Must have completed 60 hours towards a Construction management or Civil, Structural Engineering degree from an ABET accredited program by the start of the internship (Spring 2027).
• SPECIAL SKILLS: Attention to detail and organized. Ability to work well with entire team and be proactive.

Additional Information

Expected compensation range is between $25 - $31 hourly depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
