Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in New York, NY is seeking a Project Services Analyst Intern to join our office. You will support the development and monitoring of project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics to help deliver projects on time and within scope.

You will engage in estimating, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, and invoice processing, while assisting with procurement, bid evaluations, contract administration, and change management.

Qualifications

• No experience required if accepted into Associate's or Bachelor's degree program.
• Must have completed 60 hours towards an engineering degree from a related field by start of internship.
• Basic computer skills to enter data into spreadsheets or databases.

Overview

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Services Analyst Intern to join our New York, NY office.

Your Role

Supports the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics to help deliver projects successfully.

estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, invoice processing, and financial tracking activities.

Assists with procurement, bid evaluations, contract administration, change management, contractor coordination, and compliance monitoring.

Maintains project records and databases, validates project information, prepares reports and analyses, and supports project communication and decision-making.

Collaborates with project teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to support project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

EXPERIENCE: No experience is generally required if accepted into an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in a related technical field.

EDUCATION: Must have completed 60 hours towards an engineering degree from a related field from an accredited college/university by the start of the internship (Summer 2027).

SPECIAL SKILLS: Basic computer skills required to enter data into spreadsheets or databases.

Additional Information

Expected compensation range is between $ 25 - $ 31 hourly depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
