Qualifications

• Proficient in Primavera or MS Project scheduling and related tools.
• Experience with cost control and budgeting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collects drawings and scope documents and verifies adequacy.
• Performs routine quantity takeoffs from drawings and schedules.
• Assembles estimate data and contributes to budgets and cost reports.
• Supports schedule development and reports deviations.
