The successful candidate will manage contract correspondence in E-Builder, draft responses for COR on RFIs, submittals, change orders, and punch-lists, and analyze construction trends to monitor deliverables. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, OSHA 30, QCM preferred, and proficiency with MS Office, Adobe, and scheduling tools such as Prolog,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction, or project management.
• Degree waived for 10 years in construction administration.
• CORPS of Engineers QCM Certification preferred (or obtainable within 30 days).
• OSHA 30 certification
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• Computer skills (MS Office, Adobe, project management software and schedule controls)
• Experience with Prolog, E-builder, Primavera and MS Project software.
