Job summary

Coast and Harbor Associates, Inc. seeks a Project Controls Engineer to support project administration and controls.

The successful candidate will manage contract correspondence in E-Builder, draft responses for COR on RFIs, submittals, change orders, and punch-lists, and analyze construction trends to monitor deliverables. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, OSHA 30, QCM preferred, and proficiency with MS Office, Adobe, and scheduling tools such as Prolog,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction, or project management.
Degree waived for 10 years in construction administration.
CORPS of Engineers QCM Certification preferred (or obtainable within 30 days).
OSHA 30 certification
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Minimum of 1 year of experience
Computer skills (MS Office, Adobe, project management software and schedule controls)
Experience with Prolog, E-builder, Primavera and MS Project software.

Responsibilities

Assess, process and maintain records of all contract related correspondence in E-Builder platform.
Draft recommended responses and actions for COR for project actions such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, punch-lists, etc.
Analyze construction trends, monitor deliverables and provide overall administrative.
