Job summary

OnSite Concrete Solutions, LLC is seeking a Contract Manager/Project Controls to safeguard financial, contractual, and operational integrity across projects from start to close-out.

The role interfaces with project management, legal, procurement, and finance to monitor performance, manage changes, and mitigate risks. Office-based with periodic site visits, travel may be required depending on project location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering Management or Business, or related field.
• 5–10 years combined experience in project controls and/or contract management, preferably on capital projects.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, IPMA, or CPCM preferred; familiarity with standard contract forms like FIDIC, NEC, AIA, LOGIC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the full contract lifecycle: drafting, negotiation, execution, and administration.
• Interpret contract terms and flag commercial risks for escalation.
• Monitor compliance, track deliverables, milestones, payment terms.
• Manage contract variations, change orders, and disputes.
• Coordinate with legal on complex matters and disputes.
• Develop templates and support procurement activities.
• Ensure close-out obligations, liens release, final invoicing.
