• Four-year Bachelor's degree with one or more years of relevant Cost Control or Scheduling experience, or five+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements as needed.

Responsibilities

• Understand B&V functional organizations and interfaces.
• Understand constructability concepts.
• Assists with project forecasting.
• Maintains Project Cost Report and Cash Flow with supervision.
• Assists with input to monthly/quarterly reports and invoice backups.
• Assists in preparation of summary schedule and resource loading.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management

1+ year of Cost Control or Scheduling experience
