Management Solutions is seeking a Project Controls Associate to support project planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting across major initiatives. This developmental role emphasizes analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the opportunity to learn scheduling and client project-management systems.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Primavera or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project controls, scheduling, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and data-quality skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools like Primavera or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules per requirements.
• Collect, validate, and update project progress data from teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor metrics: schedule dates, percent complete, resources, costs, accruals.
• Document planning objectives, milestones, and project information for scheduling/reporting.
• Track schedule progress and support setup, closeout, status reporting, and milestones.
• Support data-quality checks and reconciliation across scheduling, cost, and reporting systems.
