Qualifications

• Recently graduated from an accredited college or university with a preferred baccalaureate or master's degree in Engineering, Finance or Business.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, preferred.
• Pivot tables, formulas, chart creation and managing large data files are desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to function within a project team.
• Must be able to self-lead and communicate to all levels of project team, including management and clients.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in recording actual and committed cost and workhours, development of project variances, trending and analysis of commitments and expenditures and development of the project forecast and cash flow.
• Actively participates in the administration of the change control process.
• Actively participates in development and completion of job progress milestones through scheduling.
• Actively participates in coordination with procurement and material mangers as well as engineering work group leads pertaining to essential items of supply.
• Actively participates in identification of priorities for projects to guarantee completion.
• Complete assigned tasks with consideration of the budgeted work hours and schedule commitments.
