Job summary

Management Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Controls Associate to support project planning, scheduling, cost control, data coordination, and reporting across major initiatives. This is a developmental role for a candidate with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and the ability to learn scheduling and client project-management systems.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2–5 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with Primavera or MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and data-quality skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Primavera or MS Project.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Ability to complete background checks as required for federal contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, update, and analyze integrated project schedules.
• Collect, validate, and update project progress data from teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor metrics: schedule dates, percent complete, resources, costs, accruals.
• Document planning objectives, scope, milestones for scheduling/reporting.
• Track schedule progress and support setup, closeout, status reporting, and milestones.
• Perform data-quality checks across scheduling, cost, and reporting systems.
