What You Can Expect
ENGIE North America's Renewables and Flex Power (RFGBU) organization is seeking a highly qualified Senior Project Cost Controls Analyst to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional project teams to provide comprehensive cost control support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accurate monitoring, analysis, forecasting, and reporting of project financial performance.
Working closely with Project Managers, Schedulers, Finance, Procurement, and other key stakeholders, you will help maintain the integrity of project data, forecasts, and reporting, while identifying cost and schedule trends, risks, and opportunities. Your insights will enable project leaders to make timely, data-driven decisions and support successful project execution.
This position requires regular collaboration with corporate support functions and proficiency in ENGIE's enterprise systems to manage project controls, forecasting, and financial reporting in alignment with company standards, processes, and strategic objectives.

Salary Range: $77,100 - $118,220 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
