Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a project support role, ideally within EPC or construction environments.
• Relevant experience may be a substitute for formal education.

Responsibilities

• Enter project data into business systems for accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Assist in preparing and distributing project performance reports for stakeholders.
• Compare budgeted vs. actual costs and identify variances.
• Support billing processes by aligning milestones with financial systems.
• Audit project folders to ensure all documentation is compliant.
• Track key performance indicators including budget adherence and schedule.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, or related field

PMP, CAPM, or CCP certification
