Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to join our Lake Mary, FL team. You will ensure accurate control, analysis, and reporting of project cost and labor performance, acting as a liaison among PM, Supply Chain, Scheduling, and Accounting.

The role is on-site and focuses on cost-control systems, data integrity, and earned value management. Responsibilities include maintaining P6 labor tracking, leading EAC and health reviews, and delivering routine and ad hoc analyses

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting/Finance, Project or Construction Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2-3 years of project cost-control and reporting experience, EPC exposure helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead project health reporting and manage labor-hour tracking within Primavera P6.
• Analyze planned vs. actual labor hours and costs; maintain rolling forecasts and corrective actions.
• Administer P6 access, calendars, and timesheet governance; ensure data integrity.
• Support Earned Value Management and EAC forecasting with schedule and cost data.
• Present monthly EAC and Project Health reviews highlighting variances and opportunities.
• Generate variance analyses, EV metrics, and Power BI reports from validated data.
