Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking a Project Controls Analyst for our Lake Mary, FL site to manage cost and labor performance data and ensure accurate reporting across Project Management, Supply Chain, and Accounting.

The role requires on-site presence and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to govern labor-hour tracking in Oracle Primavera P6. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years EPC cost-control experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of project cost-control and reporting experience, including EPC exposure.
• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 labor-hour tracking and EV concepts.
• Ability to prepare technical reports and internal/external communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with databases and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates core competencies: action oriented, change champion, customer-focused, developing self & others, ownership.
• Develop and maintain Code of Accounts structures for project labor and cost tracking, aligned with scope.
• Track and analyze planned vs actual labor hours and costs; maintain rolling forecasts.
• Administer Oracle Primavera P6 and P6 Team Member for labor tracking, access, calendars, and timesheet governance.
• Monitor timesheet submissions and coordinate manager approvals.
• Maintain labor-data integrity across P6 and reporting tools.
• Support Earned Value Management by aligning labor resources with schedule activities.
• Lead monthly EAC and Project Health Review meetings; highlight variances and opportunities.
• Generate variance analyses, EAC forecasts, EV metrics, and BI reports from P6 data.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Scheduling to align cost structures and forecasts.
• Train project teams on P6 time-entry processes and drive adoption.
• Manage priorities, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure confidentiality.
