Job summary

Skanska is seeking a dynamic Project Controls Analyst to support project controls documentation and scheduling on our Seattle-area project. This role involves logging, distributing, and coordinating control documents across the project team, under supervision.

You will supervise planning and scheduling activities and assist in guiding administrative staff within Project Controls, contributing to safe, on-time delivery on complex construction initiatives in the Pacific Northwest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Business, or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years prior relevant experience in project controls.
• Ability to coordinate and interact with Client administrative personnel on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Log and distribute all project controls documents to the project team.
• Supervise and direct all planning and scheduling activities of the project.
• Supervise other administrative personnel related to Project Controls.
