Job summary

Skanska is seeking a dynamic Project Controls Coordinator in the United States (Massachusetts). The role focuses on logging and distributing project controls documents, overseeing planning and scheduling activities, and guiding administrative staff within the Project Controls group.

You will work under supervision to support project delivery and performance. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in construction, business, or engineering (or equivalent) and 1–3 years of relevant

  • Log and distribute all project controls documents to the project team.
  • Supervise planning and scheduling activities and apply controls systems and practices.
  • Gather and distribute information and supervise administrative personnel related to Project Controls.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree – Construction, Business, or Engineering or equivalent experience.

The Project Controls Coordinator is largely responsible for the logging and distribution of all relevant project controls documents to the Project team. He/she supervises and directs all planning and scheduling activities of the project through the application of diversified controls, systems, principles and practices. He/she works under direct supervision, gathers and distributes information and will also supervise other administrative personnel related to Project Controls.

Project Controls Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Construction, Business, or Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years prior relevant experience.
  • Practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
