Job summary

nLIGHT, Inc. in Camas, WA, is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to provide cost and schedule oversight across government development and production programs.

You will integrate the Master Schedule into MS Project, prepare ETC/EAC estimates, and support EVM and BOM activities to help optimize program execution. Ideal candidates have a BS in a related field and at least 5 years in project controls, FP&A, or PM, with strong Excel and MS Project skills and the ability to collaborate across

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Project Controls, cost/schedule analysis, FP&A, PM or related roles.
• Proficient with MS Project and MS Excel; experience with EVMS a plus.
• Ability to coordinate across engineering teams in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with cost control tools and financial analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project controls support across the lifecycle for government development programs.
• Integrate Master Schedule management into MS Project.
• Monitor and analyze scope, budget, and schedule; prepare ETC/EAC.
• Lead or participate in cost/schedule presentations for customers.
• Manage BOM and reconcile for configuration management.
• Review cost and schedule with cross-functional teams and update metrics.
• Support tools for financial, schedule, and contract activities.
• Support EVM project management and reporting to customers.
• Prepare customer facing cost/schedule/EAC reports.
